Nishant is a seasoned Investment Banker with 18 years of rich experience of driving Capital Raising and M&A transactions across sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer and Technology among others.

Nishant started his Investment Banking career with Goldman Sachs where he was involved in sell-side M&A advisory to BEA Systems for its USD 8.5 billion acquisition by Oracle. He has played multiple advisory roles including that of M&A Banker and Capital Raising Advisor at MAPE Advisory Group, Allegro Advisors & Grameen Capital - Investment Banking firms he earlier worked with. Prior to founding DIA Capital Advisors, Nishant was with Brand Capital (Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. or The Times Group), where he managed Exits from portfolio of unlisted equity investments.

Nishant has an established track record of crafting, leading and closing several M&A and Fund Raising transactions with early-stage companies as well as emerging and large Indian corporate.

Nishant holds a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode with a major in Finance, and a B. Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati.

Hamdi plays a key role in delivering financial analysis, strategic insights, and market intelligence to help clients navigate complex transactions. With a deep passion for finance, a keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to excellence, he ensures that every transaction is approached with precision and dedication.

While pursuing his graduation program, Hamdi worked with I Cap Financial Services - a wealth management firm, where he gained valuable experience in equity research, portfolio management, derivatives trading and sales. He also had a brief stint with Area83 - an adventure sports company, where he handled market research and competition landscaping.

Hamdi takes keen interest in fitness and football. He is also an active investor in the Indian stock market.

Hamdi completed his Bachelor's in Commerce with specialization in Finance from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore. He is currently pursuing the CFA designation.
